The LSHC is a commercial hot cupboard designed to work alongside Linear Series Bain Marie and Ceramic Hotplate cabinets, keeping heated storage close to the point of service.
A built-in tray race supports faster meal service, while sliding doors, fan-forced heat and a separate cupboard controller keep the unit practical through busy service periods.
Available in sizes to suit LSBM and LSCM 4, 5 and 6 units, the LSHC brings heated storage, service and food holding together in one working line.

Sliding doors allow staff to access the cupboard without large doors opening into the working area, while an adjustable internal shelf creates two levels for organising suitable heated items and serviceware.
Adjustable feet with recessed rollers help with positioning and manoeuvrability, making the cupboard easier to move when access or cleaning is required.

Because the hot cupboard has its own controller, the storage temperature can be managed separately from the food-holding equipment installed above.
